your life. There are many websites offering advice on dealing with the problems associated with getting older - it can also be a time of great opportunity. If you are already aware of a diagnosis it can be helpful to obtain information before you see a doctor to assist in understanding a problem and then deciding on treatments or perhaps ways of helping yourself. After seeing the doctor you may find more information a help in understanding the wider implications of a diagnosis.
