Practice Area for Park Lodge Medical Centre

This map shows our practice area roughly. We will register as a patient any one living within this area. To register please phone or visit the surgery, if you can find your medical card please bring it with you but you can register with us even if you can't find it.

Note:

• The North Circular Road is out of our practice area.
• The practice area was changed five years ago. We therefore have some patients who live outside the current area.
• We keep a detailed map at the surgery, if you are not sure if you live in the practice area either phone the surgery or come into the reception to ask.
